Responsibilities
Tasks
•Hire, train, supervise, and coordinate light-duty, industrial, and specialized cleaning staff, ensuring duties are completed efficiently and according to established procedures.
•Inspect buildings and facilities regularly to maintain required safety, sanitation, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
•Prepare daily and weekly work schedules, assign duties and work areas, and coordinate cleaning activities with other departments.
•Monitor cleaning supplies, equipment, furnishings, and facility conditions, and arrange or recommend repairs, replacements, renovations, and painting as required.
•Assess operational needs, prepare budgets, estimate costs, and maintain accurate financial and departmental records.
•Coordinate specialized services, including painting, repairs, renovations, and replacement of furnishings or equipment.
•Process payments for specialized cleaning services and maintain related records in accordance with established procedures.
•Monitor employee performance, provide direction and on-the-job training, and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
•Perform cleaning, janitorial, or specialized cleaning duties when required to support daily operations.
