Responsibilities
Tasks
• Overseeing and coordinating office operations, as well as reviewing, evaluating, and implementing new processes.
• Set work priorities, assign tasks to office helpers, and monitor that deadlines are reached, and protocols are followed.
• Implement administrative procedures as required in the organization.
• Administer policies and procedures pertaining to the disclosure of documents when responding to requests made in accordance with laws governing government access to information and privacy.
• Plan and coordinate office services such accommodations, relocations, tools, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
• Conduct analyses and keep an eye on administrative tasks connected to contracts, project management, and budgeting procedures.
• Assist in creating the operating budget and keep track of the inventories and financial controls.
