Responsibilities
Tasks
• Lead and coordinate the store’s daily operations to ensure efficient pizza production, delivery, and in-store service.
• Monitor sales, track daily and weekly revenue, and adjust pricing or operational processes (e.g. staffing, delivery routes) to maximize profitability.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in both the kitchen and front-of-house, including food handling and cleanliness.
• Negotiate with ingredient suppliers (dough, cheese, toppings) and packaging vendors to secure the best pricing and reliable deliveries.
• Work with clients (for bulk/catering orders or events) to arrange large pizza orders or facility use, handling logistics and pricing.
• Create, execute, and analyze the store’s budget — forecast costs for labor, inventory, utilities, and marketing, and evaluate financial performance.
• Participate in local marketing campaigns: promotions, flyers, digital ads, or store specific deals to drive sales.
• Build staff schedules (drivers, cooks, cashiers) and monitor their performance, ensuring adequate coverage for peak hours.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues (wrong order, late delivery, quality concerns) to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Deliver excellent in-store and over-the-phone customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
• Recruit, train, and supervise all store staff — from new hires to delivery drivers — providing coaching and performance feedback
